"No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it."

Jessica Hillman, CFP®, Wealth Advisor

I am a Christian, coffee lover, and Enneagram Type One. If you know me at all, then you know I love God and love people, and I absolutely love what I get to do every single day! Believe it or not, I’ve wanted to be a financial planner since I was 10, but when I was ready to enter the workforce, I quickly found out the primary role of a financial advisor was to sell products that often did not fit the client’s best interest. As a result of this, I decided to pursue a career in Accounting to use my detail oriented, problem-solving skill set.

Over the course of my career, I’ve utilized my skills as a Staff Accountant and Project Manager, but eventually found my way back to financial planning with a faith-based fortune 500 company. I have a formal education in Financial Planning from Kaplan University, Accounting from Arkansas State University, and Organizational Leadership from John Brown University. I currently hold my FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️ professional.

It's my personal desire to echo the divine throughout my life and collaborate with clients to help them reach their God given potential! I sincerely hope your experience with our firm is nothing less, because financial planning is much easier done with someone who shares your value system and understands your worldview.

I have been married to my better half, David, for more than 19 years, and have three spunky children, Cadon, Sydney, and Ryann. I truly enjoy serving alongside non-profits that support foster care, adoption, veterans, and furthering the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In my spare time, you can find me outside hiking, biking, boating, or working on our ranch.

Chelsea Rustad, Project Manager

I take care of all the details. I love to organize, plan, and get things done! My degree is in Deaf Education, and I have experience working in schools, homes, businesses, and my church. This past year I planned and executed a Vacation Bible School for 200 kids! My happy place is in front of a spreadsheet or creating a process. I love to organize and streamline so that you can accomplish your goals simply and successfully.

I love Jesus and my family. Jon and I have been married for 20 years and have six children: Olivia, Norah, Lucy, Henry, Emmett, & Scarlett. They range from "learning to read" to "launching into adulthood." We are never bored! We go to a lot of soccer & basketball games, band & choir concerts, forensics meets, church programs, and parent-teacher conferences. We love to swim, go on hikes, ride bikes, and play games.

Is there such a thing as a serial hobbyist? If so, I am definitely that. I love to learn new things! At the moment I bake my own sourdough bread and crochet things to give away. I have made blankets, hats, stuffed animals, and I'm working on my first sweater.
